Cancellation & refund policy

MedicineShots Pro is a paid, digital service. This page explains, without small print, how you cancel, when we refund, and how long it takes. The Standard tier is free and never billed.
What you are buying
- Pro, yearly subscription — ₹100 / year in India, US$4.99 / year elsewhere. It renews automatically once a year until you cancel.
- Pro, one-year pass — the same price, paid once. It does not renew; Pro simply ends after one year unless you buy again.
Pro activates on your account within minutes of a successful payment and unlocks linking with a loved one, photo-proof review, missed-dose alerts, live status and the caregiver tools.A caregiver link needs Pro on both phones. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
Cancelling a subscription
- Use the manage-subscription link in the confirmation email or SMS that Razorpay sent you when you subscribed, or
- email hello@binarypoems.com from the address you signed in with. We cancel within 2 business days and confirm by email.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for; nothing is taken away early. A one-year pass has nothing to cancel — it just expires.
Refunds
- Within 7 days of any charge — a first purchase, a one-year pass, or a yearly renewal — email us and we refund the full amount, no questions asked. This covers the common case where your loved one decides not to upgrade, so the link cannot be made.
- If Pro could not be delivered — for example a payment succeeded but Pro never activated on your account and we cannot fix it — we refund in full at any time.
- After 7 days we do not give pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a period. Cancel instead, and keep using Pro until the period ends.
- A refund cancels the subscription or pass it relates to, and Pro is removed from the account.
How a refund is paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. We initiate an approved refund within 2 business days; banks and card networks then typically take 5–7 business days to show it (UPI is usually faster). International refunds (card or PayPal) are made in the currency you paid in; your bank's or PayPal's exchange rate on the day may differ slightly from the original charge.
Shipping
Nothing is shipped. MedicineShots is a digital service delivered instantly to your account; the app itself is a free download from this website. There are no delivery charges, ever.
Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment was deducted but shows as failed, Razorpay reverses it automatically, normally within 5–7 business days. If it has not come back after that, email us with the payment id and we will chase it. Duplicate charges are refunded in full as soon as we see them.
