We are a small team and we read every message. For anything about the app, a payment, a refund, or your data, email us — that is the fastest route.

What to include

• Support: your phone model and Android version, and what happened. If an alarm did not ring, tell us whether the in-app alarm self-test passed.
• Billing or refunds: the email address you signed in with and, if you have it, the Razorpay payment or subscription id from the receipt Razorpay emailed you. See the cancellation & refunds policy.
• Privacy requests (access, correction, deletion): write from the email address on the account so we can verify it is you. See the privacy page.

Response times

We aim to answer every email within 2 business days, and to process a cancellation or an eligible refund within the same window.

Emergencies

MedicineShots is not an emergency service and this mailbox is not monitored around the clock. In a medical emergency call your local emergency number — 112 in India.
